Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use Dastak Studio's services.
2. Booking and Payments
To secure a session, a non-refundable retainer/deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. Pricing is subject to change, but rates at the time of booking will be honored.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of weather-related issues for outdoor shoots, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made without rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Image Production and Delivery
Dastak Studio maintains high artistic standards. Editing styles are at the discretion of the photographer. Standard delivery for digital galleries is 2-4 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Raw files are not typically provided to clients as they are considered unfinished work.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
Dastak Studio retains the copyright to all images produced. Clients are granted a personal use license to print and share images. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement. Modification or selling of images by the client is strictly prohibited.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their own appearance, punctuality, and the behavior of any pets or children present during the session. Dastak Studio is not responsible for compromised images due to non-cooperation or missed time slots.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of total equipment failure, data loss, or the photographer being unable to attend due to illness or injury, Dastak Studio's liability is limited strictly to the return of all payments received for the session.
